Band 6 – Physiotherapist – Rehab – Ilford

Our NHS client is currently seeking a motivational Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their fantastic rehabilitation team based within Ilford, Essex. They are offering full-time hours per week with the placement due to end on 30.06.23.

Your caseload will consist of patients on early support discharge from hospital. The postholder will commonly encounter conditions including falls, # NOF, rehab post deconditioning from acute, and rehab post infection such as UTI, LRTI, COPD management, and PD management. There is a joint MDT approach so the successful therapist will be apart of a large team consisting of nursing, RA, OT and PT. Applying Physiotherapist’s must have previous Rehab Physiotherapy experience to be considered for this role.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Completed the relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
• Previous NHS experience in a similar rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to establish a rapport with patients
• Good time management
• Interest in anatomy and physiology
• Genuine concern for the health and wellbeing of service users
