Description

Pulse has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 physiotherapist to work within an oncology team in a NHS Trust based within London. The role is available to start on 08.01.24, working full-time hours per week for an ongoing period.

The successful applicant will work with clients to find the best ways for them to remain active through setting up exercise programmes, or advice on everyday activities such as getting dress or climbing the stairs. The postholder will be working with an oncology inpatient caseload.

Duties within this role will include:

  • Managing own caseload
  • Working on oncology ward
  • Be legally and professionally accountable for your own work
  • Treating patients for chemotherapy and radiotherapy
  • Working in an acute setting
  • Working in complex oncology conditions

Skills and experience needed:

  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
