Are you a hard-working Physiotherapist looking for an exciting new role?

Pulse is now seeking to recruit a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our NHS clients team based in Barnet, Hertfordshire. The postholder is available for start as soon as possible to work full time hours per week for an ongoing period.

The postholder will be assessing and treating patients who are suffering from a range of conditions. Applying candidates must have previous In-patient/ward experience, Discharge planning experience and ideally elderly and dementia care experience. The applying candidate should also be respiratory competent.

Main duties will include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating patients progress
  • Treating patients who are undergoing planned surgery
  • Daily rehab to the patients on the ward
  • Working within intense rehabilitation
  • Working within the complex discharge therapy team
  • Post-operative intervention
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Daily running of exercise groups
