Are you an empathetic Physiotherapist with a keen interest in acute inpatient care?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our private services acute team based in Kingston upon Thames. This vacancy is available for the successful therapist to start as soon as possible, offering full-time/part-time hours per week for an ongoing period.
The appointed Physiotherapist will be required to perform assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of patients and work alongside other clinical staff. The post holder will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients within our acute care setting. The expertise and dedication of the successful physiotherapist will help individuals regain function, mobility, and independence, facilitating their recovery and improving their overall quality of life.
Rates: £23.01 – £27.45
Skills and experience needed:
- Previous experience within acute settings
- Previous discharge planning and Oncology experience
- Relevant degree/qualification in Physiotherapist
- HCPC registration
Duties will include:
- Care-coordinating
- Attending MDT meetings
- Contribute to the holistic assessment of physical and mental wellbeing needs.
- Assessment and intervention of individual patients needs and progress.
- Treating patients for a range of moderate to complex mental health conditions
- Working with other healthcare professionals
