Pulse is now seeking to recruit an experienced Band 6 CAMHS Counsellor to join our client’s innovative NHS Trust in Barking, Essex. The post is available to candidates who can start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours per week for an initial 3-month period.
The post-holder will provide specialist psychological assessment (e.g., cognitive assessments) and evidence-based treatments for young people (CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT). They will be responsible for assessment, treatment, and systematic outcome measurement of their caseload. The post-holder will utilise evidence-based outcome measures and treatment approaches within their own practice to ensure a consistent and high level of quality is provided.
