Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in the community setting.

Qualifications:

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist with Band 6 experience.
  • Proven experience in community-based settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
