Band 4 – Therapy Assistant – Romford

Pulse is now recruiting for a new role in an innovative NHS trust based in Romford, Essex. The practice requires a Band 4 Therapy Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, working part-time hours with the placement due to end on 22.06.23.

This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to support with the delivery of block sessions and review appointments, as well as support the therapists with equipment assessments, reviews and set ups. The applying therapist must have previous experience working with Physiotherapists, OT and SALT, work in paediatric sessions is desirable.

Duties within the role will include:

• Help clients to follow a treatment plan that has been developed with the occupational therapist, to help with everyday activities
• Maintain client records by recording progress
• Keep track of supplies and stock
• Provide any required support to the occupational therapists
