Band 4 – Assistant – Mental Health Rehabilitation – London

Pulse is now recruiting for a new role in an innovative NHS trust based in London. The practice requires a Band 4 Mental Health Rehab Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, the successful candidate will be working full-time hours for an initial 3-month period.

This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work closely with uni/multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served. The rehab assistant is required for the trust’s community mental health rehab function.

Duties within the role will include:

• Help clients to follow a treatment plan that has been developed with the occupational therapist, to help with everyday activities
• Maintain client records by recording progress
• Keep track of supplies and stock
• Provide any required support to the occupational therapists
