Pulse is now recruiting for a new role in an innovative NHS trust based in London. The practice requires a Band 3 Rehab Surgery Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, working full-time and potential part-time hours per week for an ongoing period.
This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work closely with uni/multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served.
Duties within the role will include:
- Help clients to follow a treatment plan that has been developed with the occupational therapist, to help with everyday activities
- Maintain client records by recording progress
- Keep track of supplies and stock
- Provide any required support to the occupational therapists
