Pulse Nursing is delighted to offer a range of shifts in the Poole & Bournemouth area. 
There are 3 main Hospitals in the South East Dorset. As a team of over 9,000 members of staff we are stronger together and look forward to constantly improving the healthcare we provide.

Our A&E Nurses will deliver treatments to patients with injuries and serious illnesses in a busy and demanding A&E setting. No shift in this A&E department, is ever the same, you will face many different case types whilst providing an invaluable service to individuals in a critical time of need.   

 Pulse Nursing are offering a number of shift patterns and flexible shifts across day and night hours in friendly and welcoming teams. 
Pulse Nursing are offering flexible shifts with rates between £32.00 – £44.10

 

A&E Nurse responsibilities includes: 

  • You will monitor patients closely, identify signs of deterioration and act quickly to resolve. 
  • Safely and responsibly administrate and prescribe patients medication in line with NHS regulations and UK legislation.  
  • Treat chemotherapy whilst monitoring effects and signs of adverse reactions (if applicable to location). 
  • Maintain good communication with patients and / or families to enable positive patient experience. 
  • Maintain detailed medical records and documents with accurate, up-to-date patient information. 
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of clinical research and developments.  
  • Work in line with trust policies and procedures. 

 

A&E Nurse role Requirements: 

  • NMC Registration 6 months  
  • 6 months experience in A&E- able to provide 2 references for verification. 
  • To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV 
  • Right to work within the UK – Documented proof will be required
