Pulse is now recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established service, reporting to the director of operations. The is a full-time position where location is flexible, so working from home is an option. The candidate appointed will be responsible for leading the service which incorporates counselling and the IAPT programme nationally, supporting the needs of deaf people.

In this post you will be implementing ongoing service development to keep up with new evidence as it emerges. Facilitating long term plans in liaison with the Director of Operations and partners on how the service should develop, including an online national service, secondary care, psychologists and psychological therapists.

You will need to have previous experience of responsibility for ensuring that relevant national guidelines are adhered to. In return you will be working as part of a fantastic multidisciplinary team of professionals. 

Equipped with experience in service re-design and an experienced manager you will be instrumental in the success of our plans which are just starting to be implemented, to transform the service into a commercially viable national digital service.
