Pulse is recruiting for a Service Manager to join mental health service in Essex. They are a purpose-built adult learning disabilities and forensic service. The role is available to start as soon as possible and you will be required to work full-time hours.

My client provides professional care environments for adults diagnosed with autism, in a specialist supported living, residential service and hospitals.

This role will require you to provide effective leadership to the service and provide guidance to the staffing team with management to the staff team, ensuring quality strategy targets are meet and providing the best quality support care.


So what qualifications and attributes do you need?
We would welcome applicants who are proven leaders and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care

• Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN)
• Previous management experience is essential
