Interim Deputy Director 
37.5 hrs per week 
Salary – Negotiable DoE

Pulse are working in partnership with a well-established mental health provider experiencing a time of change within the organisation and require a strong organised turnaround deputy director to support them initially for 3 – 6 months. 

The manager will have responsibility for two sites based in London and Brighton, providing strategic and operational leadership for the service users and providing an environment in which staff can excel. 

As deputy director you will be reporting into the director 

Main responsibilities;
You will take the strategic and operational lead in improving quality, increasing service user involvement and take up of our services, providing inspirational and visible leadership for operational staff and managers, whilst ensuring robust contract, performance and financial management

You will have a strong understanding of quality measures and the CQC frameworks. 

You will ensure that each of your services develops and maintains a culture in which all staff and service users feel valued and are actively encouraged to continue developing and fulfil their potential. The ability to innovate and lead teams across a range of criminal justice provision and to be able to develop excellent working relationships with other partner agencies is vital to this role

You will keep on top of strategic developments.
