Pulse is working with one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist adult care services and we are seeking a Service Manager to join them, covering two sites both based in Norfolk. The role is available to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours Monday – Friday.
Committed to quality assurance, the candidate appointed will effectively lead and inspire the team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
The team are dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence.
Salary for this role is £40,000 plus, dependant on experience.
