Senior House Officers (SHO) – Paediatrics – Northumbria

Due to an on-going demand from our clients, Pulse is currently recruiting for Locum Doctors - Senior House Officers (SHO/FY2/ST1/2) in Paediatrics in locations across the UK.

We are able to offer part-time, full-time, weekend and ad hoc shifts to our SHO’s as our clients have busy rotas which need to be filled.

In order to register to work as a Senior House Officer through Pulse, you will be required to meet our compliance standards, including satisfactory employment references and DBS check.

In return we offer the following benefits to our doctors;

  • Competitive pay rates
  • Flexible hours to suit your needs
  • Daily payroll service
  • Pulse Exchange loyalty scheme
  • Pulse Privilege benefit scheme including holiday pay, maternity benefits & tax relief options
  • FREE mandatory training
  • DBS reimbursement after qualifying period*
  • Dedicated, experienced, supportive and friendly consultants in a small, close-knit team

Our Agency has just rolled out a new referral scheme which is probably better than anything any other agency is using.

For any Doctor you refer to us you will receive 50p per hour that Doctor works. This is uncapped and paid to you monthly. So if you refer a friend to me and they work (for example) 200 hours a month you will receive £100 every month they work. If you refer to me 5 doctors all working roughly 200 hours a month, you could earn £6,000 per year.

Ideally I want Paediatricians, but if you know doctors in other specialities I can pass them over to the other departments and you can still earn the referral bonus.

Pulse is an employment agency/employment business (as defined by the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003) and is acting on behalf of its client in relation to this vacancy.
