Getting started with the +Us portal

Before you start using +Us, a member of our team will create a log in for you. Once we’ve set you up, you will receive an email directly from the +Us portal with a link to finalise setting up your account.

Key information

Logging in for the first time

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to complete a few tasks, including accepting your terms and conditions, choosing your pension options and answering some tax questions. Once you have completed all tasks, you are free to upload any hours worked on to the system. Plus Us will be in contact with you to walk you through this process and ensure all tasks are completed as required.

When do I submit timesheets and receive my pay?

Please ensure your hours (and timesheet if required) are uploaded for your manager to approve prior to 12pm each Monday. For timesheets uploaded by the deadline, payment will be received on Friday of the same week.

With +US, you’re able to view the status of your timesheets in the portal. There are three different statuses, as follows:

Outstanding – Timesheet has not been submitted.
Submitted – Timesheet submitted and awaiting approval.
Approved – Timesheet has been approved for payment by trust.

What if I need to make changes to a submitted timesheet?

If you notice a mistake on your timesheet after you have uploaded it, please email +Us on workforceservices@plusus.co.uk. They will be able to release the timesheet from the approval queue enabling you to update the hours before approval.

How do I access my payslips?

Once your first timesheet has been processed, you will receive details of another online portal called ‘Pay Dashboard’. The ‘Pay Dashboard’ portal is where you will be able access to your payslips.

Please note: To set yourself up in the ‘Pay Dashboard’ portal, you will need your National Insurance (NI) number to hand.

Pension scheme

Once logged into the portal you will be able to view your assignment. From here you will be able to access the documents relevant to opting in or out of the pension scheme. Please review the documentation as a priority to ensure there are no unnecessary deductions to your pay.

Ensuring you are on the correct tax code
To ensure you are on the correct tax code, please complete the HMRC starter form and return to us via the relevant email address below. This is the best way to ensure you are on the correct tax code and therefore, paying the correct amount of tax.
