Using the Allocate StaffDirect portal

What is Allocate StaffDirect?

Allocate StaffDirect is the direct engagement portal we as your agency use to submit your timesheets, so the trust you are working with can make direct payments to you.

We need to set you up an account with Allocate StaffDirect before you start your placement with the trust. To set you up, you will firstly receive an email from our team detailing the required documents we need from you. These documents will need to be completed and returned to us prior to commencing your first shift with the trust.

Key information you need to know

Getting set up and logging in

Unlike some other direct engagement portals, you do not require a login for Allocate StaffDirect. You will submit your timesheets directly to Pulse and we will process these through the Allocate StaffDirect portal on your behalf.

Completing your timesheet

You will need to complete a timesheet as normal and submit this to us via email at pmhcandidatesupport@pulsejobs.com. Before you do this for the first time, a member from our team will take you through the complete process.
