Pulse have an exciting opportunity for a senior Practitioner Specialist Lead within adult social services team in the attractive county of Surrey.

The role is based within the continuing care team set in both the community and hospital inpatient departments across the county.

You will have the opportunity to experience an a varied role including complex cases and NHS continuing Health care scenarios in order to empower individuals and maximise their potential for independence.

As well as this you will also be required to provide professional support and advise for staff and managers in the locality and hospital teams.

You will also be required to provide coaching and training to other staff and will need to liaise with all members of the Multidisciplinary team including social workers, managers and other teams.

In return you will receive regular support and supervision and opportunities towards your CPD.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic and have management experience in a variety of social care environments.

You must have a professional Occupational Therapy qualification and must be HCPC registered.
