Pulse are working closely with a client, who is in need of a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join a thriving Community team in Cheshire. This position requires a therapist with experience in rehabilitation and care of the elderly. It would be desirable for someone to be able to start as soon as possible and remain with them on  a full time basis. As this is a community post it is essential applicants have access to a car.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows;

  • Advising carers on implementing treatment programmes and training other professionals in therapy delivery
  • Be legally responsible and accountable
  • Devising, implementing and revising relevant treatment programmes
  • Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress
  • Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
  • Writing and maintaining confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for clients, carers and other professionals

In order to be considered for this position you must have the following;

  • A relevant degree qualification
  • HCPC registration
