Pulse are working with an award winning school in London who cater for children aged between 5-19 who may present a range of special educational needs.
They are currently in need of a speech and language therapist with proven experience of working with children who have a learning difficulties and communication problems.
The ideal candidate will need to be experienced and able to manage an AAC caseload including high tech equipment devices.
Main responsibilities include:
Providing quality speech and language therapy assessment, intervention and advice in accordance with the childrens needs.
Ensure relevant therapeutic intervention in line with requirements of their statement of special educational needs.
Develop intervention plans based on student needs and regularly evaluate.
The role is term time only, however the salary is paid for the full year (i.e not pro rata) making this a particularly attractive opportunity and give the flexibility to carry out other part time work during the school holidays.
It comes with an attractive salary of £30,000 - £42,000
