Pulse are currently working with an NHS organisation in Surrey who are looking to recruit a experienced occupational therapist to their pediatrics community team based in East Surrey. This is a full time position with a mix of community, hospital and school based work.

You will need to be ready to play your part in the local development of multidisciplinary assessment, the implementation of a single point of access for all children’s services and working towards ‘a seamless service’ with the Local Authority OTs, in preparation for joint commissioning. As a team player, you will poses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working independently, using your own initiative.

 All candidates must be HCPC registered and hold a degree or equivalent OT qualification. Candidates should have several years of experience in relevant areas to be considered for the post. Areas such as pediatrics, community, complex needs, cerebral palsy, seating provision and school based roles would all be considered relevant. The salary for the succesful candidate will be based on experience.
