Pulse are currently looking for a Band 6/7 community OT to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
About the Role
Working with a Locality team would mean joining a vibrant team that supports staff to achieve their full potential. We are looking for OT’s to work towards becoming seniors.
As a senior member of the team, you will have an influence on the future development of the service. You’ll bring our reablement ethos to life, leading holistic assessments of social care needs and planning support across a dedicated caseload. In all that you do, you’ll promote independence, choice and control. You will take every opportunity to support and develop those around you. Working closely with families and carers, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of needs.
We’ve refocused our services – putting reablement right at the front of our agenda. Solid foundations are in place, and we have a clear view of what we want to achieve, and what we want to become. Join us now, and you’ll get to be part of the journey right from the start.
