Pulse are working with one of the UK's largest providers of mental health services who are currently looking to recruit a Lead Occupational therapist for a full time role working with both adults and adolescents in low secure and locked rehabilitation wards.

You will be required to provide both clinical and managerial supervision to the wider therapy team across the adult locked rehabilitation ward and the low secure CAMHS service ward in order to reduce risk and facilitate the individuals return to optimal functioning.

Ideally you will have experience of supporting staff and effective management and communication skills are essential.
