We are looking for enthusiastic individuals wanting to take on a Lead OT position in Kent.

Our client specialise in providing expert care pathways to individuals with vary levels of mental illness and learning difficulties and are currently looking to recruit a Lead Occupational therapist for a full time position.

Their hospital cater for men and women with mental health disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and complex needs. They are looking for somebody to lead the OT department and provide an efficient and effective service.

The suitable candidate will be required to own a clinical caseload, assessing and treating patients while also providing support and guidance to junior staff when required.

You will be expected to maintain high professional standards and liaise with the rest of the Multidisciplinary team to ensure the department functions to as high a standard as possible.

In order to be considered for the role you must have experience of operating as a senior or band 6 Occupational therapist or above and have worked with forensic mental health caseloads and learning disabilities.
