Our client is now seeking a HCPC registered physiotherapist to join their well-established team, at a NHS trust in Cheshire. The trust is situated closely to a main line train station and there is onsite staff parking available for those who drive. Candidates applying must have previous experience of working within an acute setting and with working in surgical/medical teams.

The role is available to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours Monday to Friday for a 2-month period. 

Duties within this role will include: 
• Managing own ITU caseload
• Treating patients undergoing planned surgery and patients who have been admitted due to a traumatic incident or accident
• Pre-admission and pre-operative assessment
• Treating spinal cord injury
• Monitoring and evaluating patients progress  
• Making referrals when necessary to other healthcare professionals
• Daily rehab to patients on the ward
