We are currently seeking a band 6 Adult Care Co-Ordinator to join an NHS Trust team located in Oxford. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible, working full time hours on a locum basis.

To apply for this position, you must have a core profession of a Social worker or Occupational Therapist. Candidates must also have a full UK driver licence and access to a vehicle.    

The post holder will be working within an Adult Mental Health Team, providing mental health treatment in the community for patients with mental health needs
