Kathryn joined Pulse in 2006 and has managed Pulse Allied Health since 2010. During her time at Pulse she’s worked across all disciplines within the division and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each.
Kathryn works closely with her experienced management team and is responsible for the leadership and operational running of the division, including resourcing, recruitment and compliance, sales, management and business development.
Candidate and client satisfaction are paramount to Kathryn. She believes that the team’s honest and transparent approach is one of the many reasons they receive such positive feedback and are recognised and respected by numerous trusts and organisations.
