Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist who must have a DBS Clearance, medical background and has previous experience working in a fast paced environment.

You will be required to work Mondays and Tuesdays 0830-1200 in the Staffordshire location, Wednesdays and Thursdays 0830-1200 in the Cannock location, and Fridays in the Staffordshire location 0830-1600.

You will be working in a team of 2 supporting 20 therapists, managing their diaries.

Key Duites will include:

To accurately input data including clients personal details, clinical details from assessments, and to complete queries.
To accurately retrieve information from the database
To provide an effective reception service, greeting clients, consulting with members of the Therapy team and outside agencies.
To deal with all enquiries in a professional manner
To deal with high call volumes, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as appropriate.
To process appointment requests from Clients, Clinical staff and outside agencies by telephone, emails, letters and in person
To managing the diary for patient consultations, including booking appointments and logging attendance
Type correspondence and reports and ensure that they are dealt with promptly and efficiently to agreed timescales.
Liaise with clients, therapists and other external agencies
Word processing tasks, letters, reports, posters, spreadsheets, protocols, audits etc.
Sort and distribute outgoing and incoming correspondence accordingly
