Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, self-motivated qualified person to join a busy aesthetic non-surgical clinic at the prestigious Knightsbridge centre.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Reception duties
-General office duties
-Maintenance of the computerised patient database
-Filing and record keeping
-Interface with patients to ensure that the highest customer service standards are maintained
-Sales of clinical skincare products
-Willingness to perform any other duties as specified by the Clinic Manager to ensure the high standards of the clinic are maintained

-Excellent telephone manner
-Excellent communication skills
-Sales ability
-Computer literacy
-Flexible approach to hours of work hours
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Reliability and trustworthiness
-Self-motivation, but a committed team player
-Discretion and confidentiality
