About Us - Community Healthcare

Pulse works with a variety of organisations to provide ‘care packages’ in the community. These include hospitals and primary care trusts, local authorities, GPs, charities, case-management companies and voluntary organisations.

We plan community care in partnership with hospital teams - continuing care, intermediate care and discharge teams - and we provide experienced nurses, support workers and allied health professionals, managing everything from staff recruitment to day-to-day management of the team.

Pulse Community Healthcare is a highly specialised service with high standards of clinical governance, which is delivered locally through a dedicated nationwide branch network. It’s staffed by skilled nurses and care coordinators whose work complies with both CQC guidelines and policies and procedures developed by our experienced Clinical Directorate.
