Our private nursing homecare services are delivered by our team of experienced professionals, ready to move in to any situation to provide tailored care in the home – be it caring for a client during rehabilitation or convalescence, live-in care while the regular carer is away, maternity or paediatric care. Personalised nursing homecare delivered by experts
We meet every client at home, or sometimes in hospital prior to discharge, to assess and decide together - and with the family when appropriate - the level of care services that are required.
The home care services we provide offer a competent, reliable and personalised nursing service. For your peace of mind, and in accordance with Care Quality Commission standards, our team completes a risk assessment to ensure we deliver care safely and effectively. We are fully regulated by the UK’s Care Quality Commission and comply with all UK Department of Health guidelines.
Specialist nursing care tailored to you
The support we offer is tailored to the needs of each client. Nurses and carers can visit daily through to providing live-in support. Our specialist services include:
- Convalescence care: Rehabilitation or convalescence following a hospital stay
- Elderly care: Support following illness or live in care and long-term companionship
- Palliative care: Ensuring a client is able to live their final days at home with dignity, surrounded by family and friends
- Care for children: Specialist support for children and babies
