As a member of the Accumulator Scheme you will be entitled to additional bonuses of up to £850 on top of the standard recommendation payments that you may already be receiving.
How does it work?
- Refer five candidates within a six-month period of receiving the Refer a Friend booklet and receive an additional £250 on top of individual payments.
- Refer ten candidates within a 12-month period of receiving the Refer a Friend booklet and receive an additional £500 on top of individual payments.

How do I earn cash?
Whilst you can refer a friend to any job on the PULSE or Frontline website certain “premier” jobs have a cash bonus rewards assigned to them, which is yours to earn. As you can see in the screen shot below, the amount that you can earn is clearly indicated next to the “Referral” link on the right hand side of a job listing. Simply click on this link, fill in the quick “Refer a Friend Form” and hit the “Submit” button.
How do I qualify?
After hitting the “Submit” button your friend will be sent an email asking them to check out the job, which you referred to them. For you to qualify for the cash bonus your friend has to apply to this job, be placed in that position and pass their probationary period. Check with your friend to see how they are doing and when they finish their probationary period (usually 12 weeks), contact PULSE and claim your reward!! Refer lots of friends and see your rewards mount up.

Do I have to be registered on the PULSE website myself?
