Trauma Nurses at Charge Nurse level required for a major Trauma Centre in Dubai
PULSE International is looking for western-trained Registered Nurses at Charge Nurse level for a major Trauma Centre in Dubai. We have the following vacancies:
- Nurse Manager – Accident & Emergency
- Nurse Manager – Critical Care
- Practice Development Nurses for: Critical Care, Accident & Emergency, Paediatrics
This is one of the largest Trauma Centres in the world. The Emergency Department sees over 400 patients daily and there are 40 Registered Nurses on every shift. 10% of patients are admitted, most with multiple injuries. Candidates should therefore have recent experience in poly-trauma.
Managed by a Canadian healthcare organization, this is a great hospital to work in, with imaginative management, a highly motivated workforce and despite the serious nature of the injuries treated - very low staff turnover.
The successful candidates will be Registered Nurses with a background in Trauma Care. At least five years post-registration experience is required, to include three years in the relevant specialty. Some experience in Paediatrics would be an advantage.
