Introducing to you a new PULSE initiative, in order to make your selection process easier when considering candidates for a position. We have been working with a brand new recruitment tool called "Talking CV" which is simple and easy to use. You are able to not only see the candidates CV, but watch them answer specific questions about themselves and their thoughts about working in the Middle East. This literally brings their CV to life, and goes one step further than a passport photograph. Obviously we are not trying to replace the telephone interview process, we are simply allowing you, as our clients, to control the questions we can ask our candidates during their initial interview. We can then send this to you, along with their CV and documents in the simple form of a website link. As you will see this link will take up no extra space or storage in your inbox, and is very simple to use.

Candidates

We would like to invite as many candidates into our offices in London to part take in a "Talking CV" interview which can then be sent to our prospective employers in the Middle East. Alternatively, if this is a problem and you have a microphone and webcam we can invite you to have a personal interview in your own home.  Please see below an example of the invitation email you will receive:

All you need to do, is to let us know that they have the facility (webcam and microphone) to conduct a Talking CV interveiw in your own home, when submitting their CV and we will be able to send you an invitation. It couldn't be simpler!!
