Pulse International is looking for a Nursing Shift Coordinator for a 531-bed hospital in Jeddah, in the western region of Saudi Arabia.

Internationally accredited, the hospital is one of a group of four hospitals, which together make up one of the largest and most prestigious medical facilities in the Middle East.

There are five Nursing Shift Coordinators within the hospital, each reporting to a designated Clinical Nursing Director and responsible for staff allocation and management of staff resources within a particular area. The coordinators are responsible for their own staffing schedule and rotate between day and night duty.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with at least eight years post-registration experience and with experience in a senior role.
