Pulse International is looking for a Head Nurse for the Special Ward of a 500 bed, tertiary care hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Special or VIP ward treats both medical and surgical patients who may be members of the Royal Family or prominent citizens. It operates very much like a private wing in a UK teaching hospital.
Providing professional leadership, managerial support and clinical expertise to all staff of the unit, the successful candidate will ensure the provision of the highest standard of patient care within the unit.
The post holder will supervise the unit Charge Nurses, directing the delivery of patient care to ensure the highest standard are maintained and that there is proper planning, with assessment, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of patient care.
We are looking for a senior Registered Nurse with at least five years' incremental experience in nursing management to include experience within a similar unit.
