Our globally recognised client is looking for a highly motivates and ambitious Team Leader to manage an established and highly performing Inside Sales Team. Due to an internal promotion this prestigious organization has a rare opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a chemical, Life Science or related background and strong leadership skills.

Applicants should be a Scientist with an understanding/appreciation of the broad scientific market. You will be an experienced and accomplished Team Leader/Supervisor and will be able to demonstrate an ability to generate sales through others. This exciting position comes with a highly attractive basic package and generous bonus scheme and whiles predominantly office based, will require some travel. Relocation package available if required

RESPONSIABILITIES:
• Lead sales personnel to develop the company sales targets
• Direct sales and lead generation via pro-active telephone work, printed and electronic media
• Prepare sales reports for Senior Management Team
• Adopt sales management tools/processes to ensure strong pipeline of leads and new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business strategy
• Mentor staff in sales
• Liaise with field representatives to book visits, appointments and exhibitions
• Identify and take responsibility for developing new markets and products
