Lead Oncology Pharmacist
As a key member of the pharmacy team you will lead in the delivery of a comprehensive pharmacy service to oncology patients and staff at both the inpatient and the outpatient facility. The work will involve the provision of parental chemotherapy and pharmaceutical care to both adult and adolescent patients.
To provide a high standard of pharmaceutical services which consistently meet the needs of all service users
To lead oncology pharmacy and all pharmaceutical services
Lead and support the performance of oncology pharmacy staff.
To follow the BOPA standards, PAN London guidelines and CHKS standards for verification of prescriptions for systemic anticancer medicines
Requirements:
YOU MUST be a Registered Pharmacist with the RPSGB
YOU MUST have at least a Post Graduate Clinical Pharmacy Certificate or relevant specialist clinical experience
YOU MUST have UK experience at minimum of 3 years hospital pharmacy experience of which 2 years within the clinical specialist area of Oncology & Haematology
