Clinical Pharmacist

Job Description

To provide a high standard of pharmaceutical services which consistently meet the needs of all service users.
Requirements:
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Additional post graduate clinical qualifications e.g. Cert. Clinical Pharmacy Part 1
Minimum 2 years hospital experience
Experience for specialist areas eg general surgical general/ medical
Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures.
General Responsibility
To provide a pharmacy service in line with GPhC guidelines
To dispense, label and supply medicines as requested to both in and out-patients
Maintain minimum safe levels of medicines and gases. Ensure correct storage and destruction of medicines.
You MUST be registered. YOU MUST be a Pharmacist. YOU MUST have a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS UK experience.
