Band 6 Community and Intermediate Care Physiotherapist

37.5 hours per week

Our client is looking to secure a community and intermeidate care physiotherapist with community experience, will be covering a varied caseload. Must be a car driver.

This role is to start as soon as possible and is ongoing at the moment.
