PULSE are currently working with a very well established private group of Residential and Nursing Care Homes, offering a high standard of service throughout the UK. The Client is currently seeking an experienced and qualified RGN for the role of Registered Home Manager, for one of their 72 bedded elderly and dementia Nursing Homes based in Heaton Moor.

The overall objective is to deliver quality business performance and quality trends for the Home. To provide support and leadership to staff and establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Coaching, mentorship and development of the team
· Recruitment of staff
· Maintain budgetary control and P&L
· Effective relationships with residents, their families and the community
· Report writing
· Deliver optimum operational efficiency
· Manage HR policies
· Management of training
· Responsible for infection control
· Business Development skills
· Ensure compliance with CQC
· Control the ordering and administration of drugs

The successful applicant will have commercial awareness, strong leadership skills, negotiating and influencing skills and be flexible and resilient.

Applicants must be Registered General Nurses, with recent, relevant experience within an elderly care setting, as well as a strong background in Home Management.
