£32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience

PULSE are currently working with a leading independent provider of support for people with learning disabilities, mental health, as well as rehabilitation.
Our Client is seeking a Registered Nurse for the role of Service Manager for the specialist Hospital, assisting with daily operational duties. The purpose of the job is to support the Registered Manager in developing the service.
The role will involve leading a team of people dedicated to improving the lives of the clients who use the service. You will be a good business manager, who is able to maintain a profitable service through the monitoring of cost control, maintaining high occupancy levels, fee adjustments and effective budgeting.

Applicants wishing to be considered for this position must have previous experience of working in a Senior Management role within the Nursing sector. You will have a good standard of general education, be an RMN, RGN or RNLD, and other professional qualifications advantageous, such an RMA or NVQ. You will have a sound understanding of mental health illnesses and sound clinical knowledge. Excellent communication skills are required.
