Respiratory Technician Help Desk Specialist

Job Description

We manufacture and service respiratory devices for hospitals, GP's, Nurses etc. Prior to a new drug being released to market they must be tested. You will be the the person who will be the support for this new site which is ready to open. You will be required to over-read from testing and feedback from customer. You will be required to work on the help desk responding to requests for technical assistance via phone advise user on appropriate action, Follow help desk SOPs, Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. You must have RT, CRT, or RRT credentials. 5 years or more of help desk support, preferably in clinical trials or medical devices. Computer skills.
Day shift 6.00 or 7.00 a.m. start.
