Clinical Nurse Manager (Elderly)

PULSE is working with a large nursing home in West London to find a qualified Clinical Nurse Manager with Elderly care experience to manage, motivate and develop staff within an under-performing team. She is looking for a strong character to drive up care standards and deliver a high quality service to residents. Flexible working hours Monday to Friday, but some early starts expected to cover shift changeover
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and relevant experience
* Genuine interest in and experience working with the Elderly
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong Team leader/Management experience
* Current NMC membership
