Job Description

Exciting and challenging temporary positions for Registered Managers are available in the London and the Greater London area. Applicants must have previous experience working in Residential Homes and be Registered with CQC.

You will be required to:


·Managing staff to ensure they are delivering care to the highest standard and in line with current policies and procedures
·Assist in providing and supervising high quality care and support to individuals
·Overcomes obstacles and barriers to progress through new and creative means
·Makes use of appropriate planning techniques, including project management methodologies where applicable
·Interpret complex data, quickly identifying any key issues and finding solutions to these
·Encourage and support team members to share their ideas
·Remain professional during challenging situations
·Implement business procedures
·Managing cost and expenditure
·Preparing reports
·Attending meetings
·Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
·Monitor staff and their performance undertaking performance reviews as required.


Essential Skills:

.Sound knowledge of the rights and needs of vulnerable people
.Knowledge and experience of service user involvement
.Knowledge and range of support services available
.Previous experience of working within a supported housing environment
.Knowledge of welfare benefit system
.Professional
.A satisfactory and reliable level of attendance and professionalism
.Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
.Minimum NVQ level 4
