Job Description
Exciting and challenging temporary positions for Deputy Registered Managers are available in the London and the Greater London area. Must have previous experience working in Residential Homes and be Registered with CQC.
You will be required to:
·Implement business procedures
·Support the General Managers in their day to day responsibilities for the organisation
·Assist in providing and supervising high quality care and support to individuals
·Controlling cost or expenditure
·Maintain quality standards
·Support the training of new and existing employees
·Assist the Manager to ensure a high quality service is being provided
·Budgeting
·Preparing reports
·Attending meetings
·Develop, update and review support plans and risk assessments
·Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Essential Skills:
.Sound knowledge of the rights and needs of vulnerable people
.Knowledge and experience of service user involvement
.Knowledge and range of support services available
.Previous experience of working within a supported housing environment
.Knowledge of welfare benefit system
.Professional
.A satisfactory and reliable level of attendance and professionalism
.Minimum 2 years experience within a similar environment
.NVQ level 4
