REACh & Regulatory Team Leader

£45,000 - £55,000

My client is a leading international consultancy business, with 30,000 staff worldwide. They are currently seeking a Team Leader for the regulatory team at their site in the North East.

The main responsibility if this role would be the leadership of the regulatory team primarily involved in REACh consultancy services for the polymer and general chemical industries inside and outside the EU. Managing and collaborating in cross-departmental internal and external projects. The Regulatory team is responsible for consultancy, dossier compilation and submission.

The successful applicant for this role will come from a strong Chemistry background, with a solid understanding of EU REACh regulations. Experience in the substance registration processes, and/or the EU and US regulatory environment. Strong inter-personal skills, ideally gained from strong client contact and/or business development activities. Strong project management skills, ideally across multiple locations. Previous team management experience is not necessary, however candidates must be able to demonstrate strong leadership ability to drive internal and external regulatory projects.
