Job Description
Pulse International is looking for a Head Nurse for the Male Surgical Orthopaedic Ward of a 500 bed, tertiary care hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Providing professional leadership, managerial support and clinical expertise to all staff of the unit, the successful candidate will ensure the provision of the highest standard of patient care within the unit. The post holder will supervise the unit Charge Nurses, directing the delivery of patient care to ensure the highest standard are maintained and that there is proper planning, with assessment, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of patient care.
We are looking for a senior Registered Nurse with at least five years' incremental experience in nursing management to include experience within a similar unit.
