Working for leader in Molecular Diagnostics; our client is looking for a field based Systems & Solutions Manager to support the commercial sales cycle and provide greater integration with clients across a range of molecular diagnostic devices.

The successful candidate will provide support for the selling, planning and installation of Work Flow Solutions in Healthcare laboratories. Reporting to the European Marketing Director, the jobholder will provide consultancy, technical support, training and will design and install key services to customers. They will operate Lean workflow analysis and develop work-flow plans.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is highly organised, a self-starter and conceptual thinker who is able to come up with innovative solutions and new idea’s. The successful candidate must be able to work well alone but will also be able in integrate & lead multi-functional delivery teams. The role requires detailed knowledge of the Healthcare Laboratory industry and associated IT. Experience of 'Lean' workflow analysis and 'Six Sigma' is also highly desirable.

Candidates should also have a proven Project Management background; preferably within a GLP environment.
