Respiratory Physiologist - Ireland!

PULSE Staffing has an opportunity available in Northern Ireland for a Band 6 Respiratory Physiologist to cover a maternity leave post.

The successful candidate for this post will need to be competent and experienced in all areas of Respiratory testing including full lung functions, Spirometry testing, allergy skin prick testing, Cardio-pulmonary exercise tests gas transfer etc. Experience in sleep studies is also required to set up CPAP trials and studies and limited polysomography work. They will be required to work independently within a busy and fast paced department to cover a member of staff on Maternity leave.

The post is to run for 8-9months and the client is looking for someone to start ASAP. The post is full time, 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent, have completed ARTP parts 1 & 2 and be RCCP registered. Candidates applying must have experience within the UK hospital environment.
